Call or email us to arrange a visit, we will come and look at your loft space and discuss the possibilities for the space.
Following up our visit with a prompt and competitive quotation.
We agree a date for the work.
If your happy to go ahead once you have seen your quotation, we will arrange a provisional date for the conversion.
Phased building and payments.
We don't ask for any upfront payments instead we have a system of staged payments as the loft progresses.
These payments will be outlined in your quotation.
Building regulation certificate.
After the final stage is complete, we arrange for the building regulations inspector to sign off the loft as having been converted properly.
