Thank you so much for the great job you did on our loft conversion. We are really pleased with our new bedroom and bathroom. The new stairs flow really well and it's hard to believe it hasn't always been like this.
The team arrived punctually every day and were very polite and friendly. We were kept up to date with progress and were involved with all decisions. The project ran very smoothly and was completed quickly.
The building work had little impact on the rest of the house and the team ensured it was left clean and tidy at the end of the day.

So sorry I didn't get to say goodbye to you guys in person.....I thought it was Tuesday, not Monday you were finishing, my mistake.
I just wanted to write a short note and say a huge, huge thanks to you (and all the boys) efforts with our loft conversion at 163 North Road.
In fairness I was dreading another round of builders and chaos after our lengthy kitchen extension. But it couldn't have been a more different experience with you guys. You were timely, professional, respectful of our home and above all excellent at your craft. Your attention to detail and time management are first rate, and at no point did you make us feel like any additional requests or amendments to the project were an issue or a problem. So, all in all very happy customers!
Ant and I are so pleased with the end result, and its such a fabulous addition to our new home here in Bristol. We are very happy should you wish for any prospective clients to contact us as a reference, or come and look in person, and I will certainly use Google Review to make public how thrilled we both are with your work!

Thank you so much for the incredible job you did for us on our loft conversion. We have been enjoying it for a few months now and we still have to pinch ourselves every day that it is really ours. It has transformed our home and our lives totally.
Like many families, we had run out of space but still loved our house and didn't want to move.
We had long talked about converting the loft but were really daunted by the dust and destruction involved. We also lacked vision and found it hard to imagine if the space created
would work for us.
Around the same time, my sister booked Park Lofts for her conversion. We watched her project unfold and we witnessed first hand your amazing attention to detail, tidiness, craftsmanship and reliability. We were finally able to visualise how it could work and we were convinced that this was the right decision for our home. We didn't even invite any other companies to quote for us. The first hand recommendation and seeing how you work before we proceeded gave us complete confidence in Park Lofts.
The finished room has totally exceeded our expectations in every way. Our home is over 100 years old and yet you created an extension that feels like it belongs to the original structure. The banister and spindles feel original, the layout flows seamlessly.
As this was a major structural change to our house we were particularly grateful that you were willing to carry out work on the first floor as well, including removing a chimney breast and building a new boiler cupboard. You went the extra mile to ensure that any other adjustments that could be made to improve the layout and practicality of the living space were also factored into the project. You recommended an excellent tiler and a fantastic, friendly decorator to finish the job.
As all previous clients have noted, you arrived early (but quietly) every morning, worked incredibly hard and progress was rapid. It was actually lovely having you all around. You consulted us on every detail to ensure it worked for us whilst at the same time project managing everything so we didn't need to feel any sense of responsibility. There was nothing to worry about. It was always so exciting to come home to see the developments. I remember the realisation that you only had a week or so left and feeling like actually we were going to miss you all!
Not all building companies are like Park Lofts; you are honest, hardworking craftsmen and we wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone. We are also happy for prospective clients to view our loft. Our next project will be (in a few years) a kitchen extension. I am already fearful that we won't be able to find a company that provide a Park Lofts equivalent service!

Dear Lee,
Firstly, apologies it has taken so long for us to write to you – we have been busy decorating and
personalising the wonderful space you and the team at Park Lofts created for us! Our delay in
writing is useful however, in the sense it means this letter is based not only on seeing the space
you all built us, but having lived in it and enjoyed it for the last few months, we can comment
properly on the impact it has had for us.
Undertaking any building work is inevitably stressful and as you know we have done a number of projects with other builders so we’ve had our fair share of this! That said, despite the major work you carried out for us, the stress genuinely was minimal. We were both amazed at theconscientiousness of the whole team; not only could we set our watches by you throughout the week, but you worked on Saturdays when you needed to, ensuring you kept on schedule andyou even battled the snow to be here when most of the city stayed in bed!
The team were approachable and polite and it was very easy having you around. We didn’t see a
great deal of you – even your kettle was kept in the loft! You were tidy and organised, allowing us
to just come home from work and be a family – not clean up after you! You have set a high
standard for any future contractors!
The space you have created is beyond our expectations – it is truly our tranquility in the sky. You really listened to our brief and our ideas and helped us translate them in to a workable design. At the end of 2012 we were a growing family bursting out of our home; now we have more space togrow in to; a beautiful en-suite bedroom and more storage than I know what to do with! Plus theadded bonus of a stunning office space that seems to be a talking point for all who have visitedand very much a social space too.
As you know, living in a Victorian house I was worried about bolting a ‘new build box’ on the top of it and it always feeling disjointed – we needn’t have worried; your craftsmanship was truly outstanding, right down to the finest of details. The flow of our home is probably better than it was before and it looks like it was built this way, which is perfect. Your professional & passionate approach extended beyond the loft and all of the finishing touches applied throughout the house have finally made this labour of love feel finished.
Thank you from all of us for making our house into such a wonderful home – one we can
continue to grow in and enjoy for many years to come. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you
